2) What We Process – Only What’s Necessary
- Contact form: name, email, subject (if provided), and your message — solely for responding to your inquiry.
- TikTok Pixel (inactive without consent): the script is present but does not execute or send any data until you explicitly choose “Accept” in the consent banner. After consent, only basic technical data (device/browser) and limited navigation events are recorded exclusively for measurement and performance purposes.
We do not display ads at this time. No other analytics are used.

4) Cookies & Consent
We use Cookie Consent (open-source) to manage cookie preferences.
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function properly (e.g., remembering your consent selection). No consent is needed for these. You can block them in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not function correctly.
- Measurement / Performance (TikTok): activated only if you give consent in the banner. Without consent, no related scripts are executed and no data is sent.

4.2 Managing Consent
You can select “Accept” (enables optional cookies) or “Reject” (keeps only necessary cookies). To change your choice later, clear your browser cookies so that the banner reappears.
5) Recipients & Disclosure
We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes. By default, no data is transmitted to third parties. Only if you give consent by selecting “Accept,” limited technical data is sent to TikTok exclusively for measurement and attribution.
6) International Transfers
If TikTok or its partners process data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses – SCCs). Further information or copies are available upon request.
7) Data Retention Periods
- Contact form requests: up to 24 months after completion (or sooner upon deletion request, where permitted).
- TikTok cookies: up to 13 months after last use (as defined by provider).
- WordPress (blog) cookies: typically 1 year.
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8) Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (especially when based on legitimate interest), and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS, access controls, software updates, event logging, incident response procedures) to protect your data.
10) Minors
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware of data collected from a minor without parental consent, it will be securely deleted.
11) Policy Updates
This policy may be updated (e.g., if new campaigns or tools are introduced). The current version is always published here with its “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide prior notice (e.g., via a banner).
