2) What We Process – Only What’s Necessary

• Contact form: name, email, subject (if provided), and your message — solely for responding to your inquiry.
• TikTok Pixel (inactive without consent): the script is present but does not execute or send any data until you explicitly choose “Accept” in the consent banner. After consent, only basic technical data (device/browser) and limited navigation events are recorded exclusively for measurement and performance purposes.

We do not display ads at this time. No other analytics are used.

• Measurement / performance (TikTok Pixel): only after you give consent via the banner.

4) Cookies & Consent

We use Cookie Consent (open-source) to manage cookie preferences.

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the website to function properly (e.g., remembering your consent selection). No consent is needed for these. You can block them in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not function correctly.
• Measurement / Performance (TikTok): activated only if you give consent in the banner. Without consent, no related scripts are executed and no data is sent.
• WordPress (Blog): on blog pages (aspectsoft.gr/en/blog), WordPress may set cookies (e.g. wp-settings-1, wp-settings-time-1), mainly for logged-in editors/authors, and they are not normally used for visitors.

Note: wp-settings-* cookies usually appear only for logged-in WordPress users (e.g. editors). TikTok cookies must not be set before consent; if they do appear, the loading process should be reviewed via Cookie Consent settings.

5) Recipients & External Services

We do not share data with third parties for their own independent purposes. The website does, however, use several external technical services. A connection request to these services may include standard technical data such as an IP address, browser information and request time.

• jsDelivr: serves the open-source Cookie Consent files when commercial pages load.
• Google reCAPTCHA: loads when you interact with the contact form to help prevent automated abuse.
• Google Maps: the interactive service loads only when you explicitly choose to open the map.
• TikTok: the Pixel is activated only after consent for measurement and attribution.

Some external services listed above may process technical data outside the EEA. Where an international transfer occurs, the safeguards and transfer mechanisms described by the relevant provider apply.

7) Data Retention Periods

• Contact form requests: up to 24 months after completion (or sooner upon deletion request, where permitted).
• TikTok cookies: up to 13 months after last use (as defined by provider).
• WordPress (blog) cookies: typically 1 year.

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
